What is a bridge manifestation?

I just got back from a 60-hour trip to Florida in attempt to get some sunshine.

From the planning stages, the trip felt just a little bit off from what I wanted.

The flights were not at great times and the hotel I really wanted to stay in wasn’t available so I opted for not ideal flights and my backup hotel.

The day of the trip, the flight was slightly delayed and our attempt to take an early flight in order to try to squeeze in an extra day by the pool was going to be thwarted as the forecast was for heavy rains, wind and cool temperatures all day.

The following day was marginally better. Still incredibly cloudy and cool, but no rain. So I spent the day clothed and wrapped in towels poolside, oscillating between feeling frustrated that the clouds weren’t clearing as forecasted and feeling gratitude that I was able to be outdoors and enjoy the scenery.

By the last day, there was not a cloud in the sky. It was still a little windy and chilly and it was hard not to keep checking the time since I had to head out late afternoon to catch my flight, but it was finally the warmth and sunshine that I wanted!

The way that this trip unfolded is an example of a bridge manifestation.

What’s a bridge manifestation?

It’s something we create in our lives that is a stepping stone from where we currently are to where we want to be.

For example:

It could be a new job that is more aligned to what you want to do so you feel more fulfilled, but it’s not the salary you’d like to make.

It could be a house in the neighborhood you want, but not the size you’d like it to be.

It could be a relationship with a person who is not your forever, but you’re learning a lot about partnership, boundaries, and worthiness.

Or in my case, it was a trip to the place I wanted to go, but not quite the place I wanted to stay or the weather I was hoping for.

Why do bridge manifestations happen?

In order to be able to receive all of those things in our lives that we desire, we have to expand what our brain thinks is possible for ourselves and what our nervous system feels is safe to have.

When that happens our energetic body becomes open to accepting those things.

So bridge manifestations are tangible proof that you are moving in the direction that you want to go.

Here are 3 journal prompts to help you understand how bridge manifestations might be showing up in your life and how to use them to get you to where you want to go even faster:

  1. What is an example of a bridge manifestation that you’ve experienced in the past?

  2. What is an area of your life that you would like to create change in?

  3. What is an example of a type of bridge manifestation you could create now in that area?

In truth every day is a bridge between yesterday and tomorrow. The magic happens when we are able to embrace where we are each day.

To moving from bridge to bridge.
